Jimmy Arch Jimmy began tattooing in 2007 under the tutelage of friend and mentor Chris Lowe, in Odenton Maryland. Originally from New Jersey, Jimmy spent 8 years war-mongering in the United States Marines. He enjoys doing tattoos that look like tattoos, bold and bright.
